ERP Change Manager – Odoo (Freelance)

Location: On-site (Liège, Belgium – then Béziers, France & Switzerland)  |  Start date: Immediate  |  Contract type: Freelance

As part of a Group-wide ERP transformation, we are launching a structured change initiative to strengthen Odoo adoption, harmonize business processes and support operational teams on the ground.

The ERP Change Manager will play a key role in supporting users, structuring processes and ensuring sustainable adoption of Odoo across multiple entities.

Founded in 2008 in Barchon, Belgium (Liège province), Ecostal is now the go-to partner for solar installers across Belgium and Europe. We are a leading distributor of photovoltaic solutions in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Switzerland.

Our mission: to provide everything a solar installer needs to design, install, and scale a photovoltaic system — whether residential or industrial. Solar panels, inverters, batteries, smart energy management systems, mounting structures, EV chargers… everything under one roof.

We operate exclusively in B2B, serving professional installers. This direct relationship allows us to build real trust — grounded in responsiveness, technical advice, and hands-on daily support.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in ERP change management (Odoo is a strong plus).
  • Strong understanding of business processes (sales, logistics, finance).
  • Hands-on, pragmatic and user-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Comfortable working in multi-entity environments.
  • Availability for on-site work and travel.

Key responsibilities

    • Work directly with business users to understand and document current processes.
    • Identify gaps and operational pain points.
    • Collaborate with Process Owners and Group IT to formalize target processes.
    • Produce clear user guides and operational documentation.
    • Train Key Users and support teams during adoption.
    • Ensure strong on-site presence to support day-to-day ERP usage and change.
