Automation & AI Process Specialist

The Automation & AI Process Specialist will identify, design and implement solutions that simplify processes, reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency.

Founded in 2008 in Barchon, Belgium (Liège province), Ecostal is now the go-to partner for solar installers across Belgium and Europe. We are a leading distributor of photovoltaic solutions in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Switzerland.

Our mission: to provide everything a solar installer needs to design, install, and scale a photovoltaic system — whether residential or industrial. Solar panels, inverters, batteries, smart energy management systems, mounting structures, EV chargers… everything under one roof.

We operate exclusively in B2B, serving professional installers. This direct relationship allows us to build real trust — grounded in responsiveness, technical advice, and hands-on daily support.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in process automation and AI solutions.
  • Good understanding of ERP and business systems.
  • Ability to translate business needs into concrete, operational solutions.
  • Pragmatic, value-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a transversal, fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities

    • Identify business and IT processes with strong automation potential.
    • Design, develop or integrate automation and AI-based solutions.
    • Work closely with Business teams, Key Users, Process Owners and IT.
    • Integrate solutions with ERP, E-Commerce and existing tools.
    • Deliver pragmatic solutions that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
    • Document solutions and support adoption.
