Payment Methods
Ecostal offers several payment methods to suit your business preferences, for a smooth and secure experience. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other means indicated during the order process.
Transactions are processed via PCI-DSS-certified partner platforms, with full SSL encryption. Although Ecostal strives to guarantee a high level of data and payment flow protection, no absolute guarantee can be offered against the risks inherent in any digital infrastructure.
Terms of payment and invoicing are governed by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, particularly with regard to deadlines, late payment penalties and retention of title. These terms and conditions can be consulted here at any time.
Should you have any questions or difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us via our contact form or by email.
Available online payment methods:
- Bancontact: An ideal solution for Belgian customers, directly connected to their usual banking environment.
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard): A fast and globally accepted payment method with instant confirmation.
- Paypal: For users with a PayPal account, payment is possible without re-entering banking information, with purchase protection included.
Invoice Payment and Deferred Terms
Ecostal works with professionals, installers, and regular partners. To meet your operational and accounting needs, we also offer deferred payment by invoice.
Bank Transfer Payment
You will receive an invoice containing Ecostal’s banking details. Payment is to be made within the agreed timeframe—typically before processing or shipping the order—unless otherwise specified.
This method is particularly suited to occasional customers or companies that do not yet have established credit terms with Ecostal.
Credit Payment (for approved professional clients only)
Certain professional customers may, in exceptional circumstances, benefit from a deferred payment arrangement after prior validation of their file by our financial department and our credit insurance partner.
This possibility is granted subject to a solvency analysis, a satisfactory business history, and within the credit limits approved at any time.
Standard conditions are typically:
- 30 days-end-of-month payment (or customized terms based on agreement)*
- Immediate order processing after internal validation
- Direct invoicing coordination with the accounting department
Payment terms are determined based on the customer profile, following validation by our credit insurance partner. Various options may be proposed depending on the assessed risk level and nature of the commercial relationship. These conditions may change at any time if the company’s financial situation evolves.
If an order exceeds the available credit limit, the client is notified immediately. Two options are then possible: proceed with the order via prepayment (partial or full), or free up credit by paying an existing but not yet due invoice. Once the regularization is complete, the order resumes normal processing.
